PGA TOUR Superstore at 1040 Linton Boulevard, Delray Beach, Florida.

Let me start by saying that this store has a superior selection. They usually have more in stock than amywhere I have ever seen. However, I have gone into this store quite a few times looking for genuine help and have gotten sub par service every..... single..... time. Whether it be trying out drivers, or irons, the staff I have dealt with seem pained whenever I ask to try a different club. When I ask for feedback, I have been told many times opposite things from one rep to the next. I have also been told things about some of the clubs I try that just arent true, as I have done much research about clubs before I go in. Im a scratch golfer, so clubs really do make an impact on my game. I usually don’t leave these reviews but today pushed me over the edge. I went in with a friend who is looking into some new irons. Right off the bat the associate who helped us asked what clubs he wanted to try. All good so far. He told him the clubs and the shaft he wanted to try. The associate then said they dont have that shaft, where I replied well he hit that shaft on that club last week. The associate said it was highly unlikely, but he did, he was there last week literally hitting the club. How else would he have known the exact name of the shaft? So we settled on a dif shaft. The associate was letting him hit and giving feedback which was appreciated. After the session my buddy had a good idea what he wanted. However it wasnt in stock, who knows if it was or wasnt. So he told us to go up front and the guy will help us order it off the site. We went to the front and that associate said they cant order anything unless its special order. Told us to go home and order then we can have an option to pick it up from the store. Im truly in shock of the very poor personality of the people I come in contact with in this store over and over again. Yet it mever gets fixed. There was some room for hope though as there seemed to be a younger gentleman working there that had a great attitude, answered all questions thoroughly, and seemed happy to be there. Anyways, if it werent for the selection, I would definitely go else where to get fitted.
